Like the other washing machine thread, looking for suggestions about the best vfm single door fridge. Again since 1-2 persons, 170-195L range should be more than sufficient.

hmm, i've used frost-frees and the issue is the freezer is mostly empty and and fridge doesn't have enough space. since direct cools have more fridge space, should fit my requirement perfectly. cleaning the water tray isn't a major issue for me.
wouldn't mind a frost free if it were priced very close to the budget direct cools.

I got a LG fridge few months back from Vijay Sales - 5 star rating, 180 Liters or something., Paid something like 11.5 K
Works well for us and does not hurt electricity bill much.
In fact when we used the earlier owner given fridge which was inefficient i believe, the bill was coming over 1K per month but after using this new fridge, bill is hovering between 700-850 Rs for the same amount of usage.
