1)if you plan to overclock...skip the intel board and go for a biostar p35 or and abit ip-35E
the biostar board is 100bucks cheaper than the abit one

2)cabinet and psu depend on your budget
psu-zebronics bijli(coz every1 suggests it) around 1100bux without psu
if u wanna spend more then check out cooler master elite-330 or cm690 cabbys

3)psu
you can start from a 400w/500w amigo or glacialtech for 1300/1800bux...
if you wanna spend more get the cooler-master extremepower 550w for 3200 or 600w for 3600
if you get and antec 450w psu though, you will be set for life@4200-4300bux :D

No need to get mobo with onboard gfx if you are buying a gfx card. If you have budget get Abit IP-35E or else MSI P965 Neo-F V 2.0 @ 4.9K

POV Black Diamond is better PSU option than Cooler Master 550 Extreme Power or 600W extreme power. It sells for something like 2.9K. A cheaper alternative is Powersafe 500W Gold. Don't compromise on PSU.

If you plan to play games and is sort of a mid-level gamer (over 10 hours of video gaming a week) better buy ATI's 3850 256mb @ 10K. 8600GT is suitable for only light gamers like me :P

No need to get Lightscribe DVD-RW. Instead get a Sata one and save at least 1K

The monitor that you have chosen does not even have DVI-D. In the similar price bracket here are better options:

Dell UltraSharpTM 1908WFP

Dell E198WFP 19"

Details on Dell's website

ViewSonic VG1930wm @ 9.5K

The config seems OK, but the Intel board offers limited overclocking potential.. Regarding the graphics card, I think its better to wait for a month or so for the 9600GT, though iam not sure about its pricing, but it is claimed to have the double performance of 8600GT. Also the 8800GS (if its released), is a good choice, its claimed to have more performance than the 3850..
