Budget 21-30k Budget Laptop for my father

Hey folks

My father's looking for a decent laptop within 30k. His most intensive use is going to be multiple Chrome tabs open in one go :)

He would prefer portability over processing power any day. The screen size should be 13.3 or 14 inches, at the most.

Any recommendations would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
 
There are few machines with screen size 14" on Flipkart sale. Common specs are 5th gen i3 with 4GB RAM. Cost is roughly 26-29k. Subtract 1500 if you have SBI card.
 
Pickup an i3 or i5 if you can with atleast 4GB of RAM. Upgrade the HDD to a SSD and RAM to 8GB if you can.
