Budget 21-30k Budget Laptop for Regular use

Hi guys i'm in need of a Laptop mostly within 25k (+ / - 3k), preferably one that would last long for a first time laptop user.
It would mostly be used for reading pdf's, watching youtube videos etc.. strictly no gaming

The config that i have in mind is

Intel Core i3-4005U
4GB DDR3 1600Mhz

Lenovo G50-70?

I bought one during Amazon Diwali offers and it came with i3 4010U but only 2 GB of RAM. Price is in same ballpark. You'll get a low price on Amazon but buy from there only if you are comfortable in the face of the advisory issued by Lenovo about buying its products from e-retailers like Amazon. This was the one I bought.

SD has both 2 GB and 4 GB versions.
