Budget laptop within 25k

I want to buy a laptop mainly for programming and watching movies. Kindly suggest best value for money laptop within 25k, minimum screen size 13.3 inches.

You can add a 2GB DDR3 laptop RAM for ~ 1.9k and this makes a great deal for 25k :D One -ve of this model is mediocre track pad and the swapping of the positions of Ctrl+shift keys.

Remember that the Pentium dual cores don't support virtualization and thus u can't install s/w like VMWare and run OS within a OS. Dual boot is the only option if u want to use both Win7 and Linux.

Asus laptops looks good for the price. Not sure about how good Toshiba service and build quality is.
