Budget mobile phone without camera

Guys, I need to get a really cheap mobile phone without a camera, but with the following features:

GPRS/Edge
Opera Mini capable

Extras: Mem card slot/media player

Don't have a particular brand preference. Doesn't mean a no-name brand either. Second hand phones will also do.

I'm not stating my budget as I don't know what the normal rates are.

If you want to browse then you need a decent display. You might not get something with a decent display but without camera. I guess one of the lowest budget phones with a good display (with camera) would be the Nokia 5000.
