Android [Budget of Rs 18-24K] - Which is the best phone with good camera & processer?

You should look for a particular phone rather than 'brands'. Samsung makes both great and awful phones, same goes for HTC.

At 24k only Galaxy S5 comes to mind.

PS: You could also look at Z3 Compact.

At present, Samsung Galaxy S5 from Fk is most tempting.

From HTC and samsung surely samsung. HTC can be bankrupt anytime..
