Budget 25000
Amd Ryzen 3200g + Adata XPG Gammix D30 8GB 3200MHz + Asus PRIME A320M-K + CV450 PSU (can't find cx series anywhere under 5000). Will Buy GPU later most probably 1650 or 1050, when price will drop. Is this build good enough.
Use : Light Gaming and mostly programming.
Should I get CPU instead of APU and pair it with gt730 for time being?

It depends. Does programming need more than 4 cores? If yes, Go for 3400g. I think Going with an APU is better since it will perform better than a GT730

3200G/ 3400G are too high right now, if comfortable pls consider used market, will find better deals there.
R5 1600 sells for the price of a brand new Athlon 3000G (+-1K approx).

I will try looking into used market. I do believe they are overpriced and actually waiting for prices to go down.

Even i have the same budget, however, the purpose being for office use. So I went ahead with G6400 and h410m motherboard combo with antec 450w psu.
Will accompany it with 8gb DDR4 ram.

I would also suggest that you check out places like SMC Int. or Bitkart, see how much they're quoting for this build. I suggest this as if you're going to buy a build from them you might get lower prices on your processor, as I did. Last I checked, a 3200G build with similar configurations was around 29-30K, but that was with a B450 motherboard on SMC. Either ways, I think that getting a GT 730 will be a waste of money since it's not going to benefit you in any way - your 3200G has similar or better performance. Save up more money and then get something like a GTX 1660 or an RTX card later when the prices are down. Though for your use of light gaming, I don't think you'll need a discrete graphics card.

Hope I was able to help in some way!

Vega 8 Igpu is more powerful than many old budget gpus. Forget about them. Waste of money and power. Atleast 1050ti should be your standalone gpu. Else, Vega 8 or 11 is the way to go.
