Friend needs a wifi router. Any idea if buffalo routers are available in Pune? (these are the best, right? How much for one of the basic models?

@techie, the cheapest ones are WHR-G54S @ 2k, if you are looking for ADSL/Modem Router/wifi, better go for Netgear @ 4k.

Done. got address of distri too....bit high price but my friend is ok.
Was initially asking 2700 but getting for 2500 now. Payin this cos need it immediately.

WHR-G54S @ 2k + 4%, few days back in B'lore, checked with Advent.

He was asking 2700 in beginning. but i told him it was 2.2 everywhere in mumbai..then heard the std dealer cry about octroi n bla bla bla...... :rofl: n he came to 2500...
