I am (want to be ;p) a passionate game design/developer. I am still learning (want to learn ;p), I don't have a PC right now thinking of building one. My main purpose is for game design/dev and rendering/testing. My second purpose would be to play decent games.
I don't have a high budget, but hoping I could squeeze a decent build here. Also I'd like the build to be future proof so that I can save up and upgrade.
I can go more or less ~60 - 65k.

Curious as to why you'd recommend a G processor + a discrete GPU?

This is not a reputed PSU AFAIK,
In anycase video card fails can use onboard video.

B550 is bronze rated from Antec sub brand im already used with an pc not plain white so i recommend it . or buy Antec NeoEco 650M 80 Plus Bronze semi modular 4700 at amazon.

This will cost about 70k

i5 10400F
B460 Pro VDH Wifi
2 x 8GB DDR4 2666mhz or higher (any popular brand will do)
CX450 or NE450/550w or MWE 450 Bronze v2 (try the first one, if it's not available then the next. MWE is the last option here)
GTX 1650S
SilverStone FARA R1

But for rendering softwares should the processor have high core count? 4 cores or 6 cores sufficient?

(Monitoring, mouse and keyboard not required already have them)

Intel processor, amd board?
Sorry for the typo. Thanks for pointing out.

Yeah, high core helps to do things faster.
If you don't need monitor, then it will comfortably fit in your budget.
