PC Peripherals build a ultra-low power pc for 24x7 torrent rig within 7k

I am in the interest to build a ultra-low power pc for 24x7 torrent rig within 7k (no need for KB/mice and monitor).

I am selected some components:

Sempron le 1150+ = 1400 (Delta)
Asus M2V-MX = 1950 (Delta)
Zebby 400w PSU = 450
Transcend 1 gb 667 = 950
Hitachi 250 GB = 2650

Please send us your comments on this config, and also this setup is apt for a power efficient rig or any other comments.

HELP: I am very new to torrent and let me know some useful links about torrents, and I am now using the flashget as my torrent software, while morning I switched on my pc the files already finished as 50% suddenly shows as 100% and I can’t able to continue further. Please help.

If any users having power-efficient download rig please send me your configs and ideas!!!

for 7k, i think the parts you have picked are pretty decent, but i am no expert :). An old laptop would also be a great option to keep the power bills low!

For torrents- I use utorrent as my torrent client, and i would recommend you use that. It also has a decent help section / tutorial which would help you get familiar with torrents quickly.
 
+10 for atom and why u need 1gb ram for torrents better?? 512 willl suffice the need and the pc will be a rocket with XP sp2-3 installed!
