if you are going for 1440p and are not bothered by ray tracing i think 7800xt will be a better option budget wise. This Sapphire one goes for 50k and is white and since you will upgrade in future then this will save you some money.
For a curved monitor you can go for LG ultragear this is for 21k.
And since you will upgrade in near future better go for a higher power psu right now.

This sounds good bro, tbh I had left gaming much back and now since I want to get back to it, I don't want to have FOMO of raytracing or DLSS.
Also thanks a lot for monitor suggestion, this is the type of monitor I am looking for, although happy to add another 5-6k if I get higher refresh rate to maybe 240hz to match my current monitor refresh rate.

Regarding PSU, this sounds good. since I have not built the build yet, I think I am going to wait for 9800x3d launching next week and 5000 series in January.

With 5800X3D almost EOL, 7800X3D might not be back on those price levels - depends on how 9800X3D performs and costs when it launches.
Fingers crossed for next week. Lets see what happens haha

Then i think for gpu for good ray tracing 4070ti is fine. I would still suggest since are upgrading in near future go for 4070 base version it will cost above 30k less and you can sell it when you are upgrading.
For monitors with upward of 240Hz and 1440p you can go for something like Viewsonic. But i would suggest streching your budget if you want higher refresh rate good response time with 2k resolution which you can if you going for a 4070, then you can go for something like Samsung odessey g6.

Samsung odessey g6 is in my wishlist tbh. I am waiting for next stock of samsung business open box sale to buy is at 50% off

Hey when do you plan on building this?
Most probably around CES 2025. I am waiting for 5000 series and tbh need that time to figure out budget too (I am in saving mode right now).

Considering next-gen high end GPUs are around the corner, IMO better buy a R5 7600 + 7900GRE/4070S gaming rig for 1.25L. 4070Ti Super was always a bad value & with new gen coming soon, it will look even worse in 4 months or so considering its current price. R5 7600 + 4070Ti Super vs 7800X3D + 4070Ti Super won't be a huge difference (i get almost the same performance with 7900GRE as reviewers get on 1440p & 4K with a i5 12400 + DDR4 RAM whereas reviewers use 7800X3D).

You can start with video editing on 7600 & if you get serious about it, you can always upgrade the CPU to Ryzen 9000 series after a year when its prices will be better. Same for GPU, say you invest 55k on GPU now, even after a year you might get 30k easily for it on used market (low balling here). I own a 7900GRE & use it for 4K gaming where possible, so is a good 1440p card. I bought 7900GRE for the 16GB VRAM & 10% easy extra performance via OC which puts it within spitting distance of a 4070Ti Super for raster. Your call on 4070S vs 7900GRE.
