Bulk ID3 tag change

My mp3 collection has ID3 tags as downloaded from the sources. Most of them show up as unknown or or the source site name or the movie name for all tags in each MP3 or something random. This makes them sorting in my Samsung Focus extremely hard. Each song comes up as a different album in Zune.
Is there any software which can change the ID3 tag of an entire album(or movie folder with songs on it). or atleast remove it from all those Mp3s at one go?

Foobar2000 can do this easily.
foobar tagging is not always compatible in wider platform.

I usually add and edit tags in foobar and the tags are visible properly in my mobile phone music player and also in my cowon d2+. Id 3v2 tags are supported in almost all devices now. If its not compatible it might be drawback of that particular player or hardware device, IMO.

Also try mediamonkey which supports not only multiple tag but also automatic tag from Amazon ( but will not directly tag them, will still ask you to confirm which is safe). Winamp also has this option

latest devices can & will always :)
think of a music you might downloaded from .pk site, foobar wont even read all the hidden tags garbage in the header.
