Hi Frnds, i hv jst installed dis game bt i m nt able to get how to proceed..i m just wandering here n dere wid my single car nd 2 bikes..how can i be engaged in different race types n unlock different cars..plz hlp me out..its really gettin annoyin for me..
 
lol..just go to an event...see map..thr mostly on raod juctions..then press accelerate and brake together...up arrow and down arrow...

Nd manual?where is it?..actualy i have only cd which i got from my frnd..nyways thanks..
 
in burnout the default buttons for the accelerator is A and brake is Z, go to any event in the map depicted by colourful circles(blue, red etc) and press both of them, i.e. A and Z together.

thats the exact way to do it..;)
 
This is exactly why you should stop at traffic signals :cool2:

(The instructions to start an event are displayed the moment you stop at a signal that has an event)

Be a good Citizen of Paradise City and stop at signals and take down bad drivers.

Don't do that in real life (I am talking about taking down other people in real life. :O , "Did that guy just cut me off? :@ J*rk I am taking you down!!!"). But, do stop at signals.

Also listen to the radio, no radio mirchi in Paradise City, but you have a great RJ buddy who helps you with instructions throughout the game.
 
Some events are triggered at specific times as well, I think. Also stop at the events marked in the map and you will see a message on the screen as well.
And btw the interface they used was a bit confusing, but after sometime got used to it.
