As several people stated, you can get arrested and prosecuted for using a spy camera in a govt building if you get caught. Secondly any footage you capture would be only good for your private reference. It has little to no chance of being accepted as evidence in a court of law and on the contrary you could get prosecuted. Don't forget that we live in a lawless country where the law is rarely ever used except to put the victims and wannabe whistle-blowers in check and mob justice reigns supreme.
