Buy a Steam Controller from India? Possible?

So I want to buy a couple of these but the problem is that on the India store, the buy option doesnt appear at all. I don't mind buying it and shipping it to a friend in the US but sadly that option is not available.

Anyone found a way around this or acquired a controller here?
