Hi, I'm about to place an order for a laptop whose price before taxes is about 34K. Taxes (CD/CVD/Excise Duty) amount to more than 4k. Should I wait till the budget is announced? The downside is that the Dell discount expires on Feb 29, so I really need to choose between Dell discount & a possible FM discount.
