Buy from Amazon returns vendor?

Came accross a trusted person buys amazon returned goods. They might be returned due to n number of reasons like customer didnt want it anymore or found better price, etc. Shall i buy from such vendor? Im not asking if the vendor is trustworthy, Im asking if anyone has any experience with such products and do they last. thank you.
 
if looking for hardware better buy with GST Invoice with matching serial number, same as on hardware.

just make you cautious, as for some offline purchase I found that serial/batch number printed on invoice not matching with number printed on product & Box/container
