Storage Solutions buy hdd casing/dock or get new external hdd

i have 160gb seagate 7200.9 hdd sata.
i want it to connect it to western digital live media player.
should i buy a dock/casing for it or sell it and buy a lower capacity new external hdd.
want to play hd movies.
also,my upgrade budget is Rs.1500

repeat -1 for the portable in your case...

add a few extra hundreds and get the external sunbeam casing. costs abt ~1.9k

the total cost with casing becomes very much.

instead i could buy a external 250 gb 2.5inch hdd for3k.

also i could sell the 160gb hdd for 1k.

so both become comparable
