Buy or Avoid - Samsung i200 ?

Hi!
I am looking for a cheap phone (again!) for myself.
I came across this Samsung i200 - with a 1yr warranty and bill and. It comes with the retail box and accessories. It will cost me rs.3500.
The phone has the Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and comes with a 2 MP camera. It comes with 3G but there is no WIFI.

It will be my first smart phone should I choose to buy it. This phone is rare. I would be delighted if someone who's owned this phone or used it for a while could post their opinions about it.

the specs it has are way better than what nokia and samsung's current range of phones offer in the 3000-4000rs range. It comes with 3G and a 2Mp camera. I need more inputs before I reach into my wallet!

Well if u ask me for 3.5k its a good choice, r u getting it sealed? Pass me the info where to order and i will also order if it supports 3g with 3.6 mbps.

I am getting a sealed pack with 1yr warranty. also when i inquired in ahmedabad it was 4500rs with a 8gb card. in mumbai it was 3500-4000 with usual acessories. in both cases the box was sealed.
