@OP : My friend has the same cooler.
First usage, the fan used to make a lot of noise. The fins were grinding against the mesh.
With a little DIY, managed to keep the mesh at a distance.
The cooling was just mediocre.
^ Maybe the fan is defective. He might take it to belkin service center this weekend.
But the design and ergo. is good. No extra usb ports is a big no as most lappies have only 3 ports and this might use up a port.

I can't even think of playing any game on my laptop without this otherwise the laptop gets too hot and game starts to run slow. I am personally using it for few months now and am quite satisfied with performance. I purchased it for 899/- from Croma and would say its totally Worth It.
