This is a negative Feedback thread for Buygaminstuff.

The deal in question

If you would read the thread you would realize the sheer magnitude of unresponsiveness this dealer has exhibited. But unfortunately it doesnt end there.

Sequence of Events

Original delivery Date - 29June - 1st July
Teh Original post is still not edited. The GO closed on 14th June and ETA mentioned was 12-14 Days.

I got my Monitor on July 17th. There was a invoice of sorts but no bill. So i asked the dealer so send me the bill.
He replied saying that the Bill would be shipped etc. But nothing happened.

Now again posted in the thread as to ship the Bill

In this post he says that you will get the Bill in a day or two.
Time passes by & i dont get the bill.

sayign that the Bills have been shipped.

I send me 3-4 PMs asking for Tracking number to which he dsnt reply. He says that he will Email me a scanned copy but then i dont recieve a Mail from him.

Next i again ask for a update

Nothing happens
I further ask for a update but he isnt responsing to PMs.

This much follow up for a simple monitor bill is just prepostorous.
He is a Dealer who conducted the GO. I purchased a monitor from him and like in every purchase i should be getting a bill from vendor to document the purchase. Its a pretty standard and normal procudure.

From his replies it seems that he has sent the bill to me. He has clearly mentioned in his posts in the relevant thread.
Now there is no tracking number for the Bill. That means he has been lying about the bill for over a month now.

I am at a loss on what to do now. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

There's not much that you really need to do for this. TE has a feature called the iTrust Rating. Use that. Leave negative ratings.
 
I am surprised why the bill did not arrive with the monitor itself. Thanks for posting this.

Thats a conbined dealer Feedback thread. I wanted to bring out this issue specifically against one particular dealer.
Also i am on the opinion that there should be a seperate dealer feedback thread for each dealer rather than cramping all our grievances in one place.This because if a person is collecting feedback for a particular dealer then he would have to go through a Lot of posts some of them Unnecessary to his cause.
I dont mean any disrespect to you and hence i have posted the same in the Dealer feedback thread too. :)

My intention is not to malign anyones reputation but how to make the dealers more responsible and Responsive.. There should be some sytem in place as its quite evident that the iTrust system isnt working as expected.
 
@apextwin46,

what SoMxNemesis is trying to say is, that combined thread was created and stickied specifically for dealers with the purpose of keeping all the dealer feedback together instead of having to search everytime.
Since this is a market feedback section, your thread will be lost in all the other feedbacks after some time. If you still think starting a seperate thread was required then you can post a link to this thread in the "Dealer Feedback" sticky.
 
I get what you are trying to say. Thats the reason i have Posted the same in the Stickied Dealer feedback Thread.
My main concern is if a New user wants to purchase an Item from XYZ dealer then he has to go through the entire thread to collate Data regarding the XYZ dealer.

This is a good idea if it can be implemented.
 
the dealer feedback thread which is stickied is supposed to be a kind of quick reference.. people used to express feedback in that in general. not for posting detailed issues.

as regarding this issue..

it reminds me that i have to collect bill for 2 products i purchased from him in july.

it has come to my attention that some of the dealers on TE dont give bills easily, and that is after concerning with certain other members on TE who have dealt with them.

neither did i get any bill from mediahome for any delta fan (4 of them in 3 different purchases) and one pl11. he said he would send but he never did.

if these dealers are charging members with VAT then i think there should be some regulation from Admins regarding invoice/bill indicating VAT and warranty along with VAT number etc.

PL-11 if you have got it from the website or ebay there has to be one attached also we are charged vat as soon as we import the goods anyways so it we just pass it on the customer with the added profits, there is no reason in the world to skip vsat for 5- 10 rs VAT lol. the stupid courier will not take the goods or else from my end. its stuck on the out these days. and a copy is inside as well of the PO of ebay . atleast for all courier that are for outside delhi
 
Thats exactly my point here. It makes little sense in not providing the Bill incase you are going through all the right channels.
A Legit Bill indicates a Legit Purchase. If i dont get a Bill then how can i differentiate between a "In Warranty product" and a "Grey market piece".
I purchased a HDD from DVDStore delhi and i got a VAT paid Bill for the same attached. So i really cant understand whats taking vijay so long to provide a Bill.
 
^ well atleast for Dell warranty is based on serial afaik , no i am not defending that u have not got the bill but just telling if if concern is that. also for soundmagic warranty is serial number based. transcend follows the same.
 
Thanks Anuj. I already knew that the Dell warranty is Serial Number based otherwise i would have created this thread a long time back :P ...
 
see again about the VAT, im aware that the dealer has to pay it anyways.. the issue comes about the product being legitimate import and not some imported or Chinese fake. .. which again many transcend and kingston drives can be classified into.

even a scanned copy of the invoice in pdf format in mailbox can work as a bill. it need not be a physical hard copy in most cases.

just want to make it clear that im not accusing you of selling fakes etc. it has got nothing to do with dealer reputation here, it is just about the buyer's protection and peace of mind.
 
ok , i posted about my issue in dealer feedback thread , yesterday i gave him negative rating , after waiting for his response from 2 weeks .

today he returned a negative rating .. how is that fair ? as a buyer i was not wrong . it was his fault ,

he first said he will deposit cash , i gave SBI acc details , he said after 2-3 days he couldnt go to bank so will send cheque , i gave address , waited a week , nothing , again pmed , he said will ship , now about a month passed no reply ..

today he pms me saying account no was wrong , i have the pm stored , there is nothing wrong in account no . he makes excuses everytime . :|

mods please remove his negative rating from my itrust , thats not fair at all , he says i gave wrong acc no , i have proof in inbox that acc details were right and he is making lame excuses . :@

What a lamer! And check out the rating he has passed to you - 'bullsht said'. Shows his attitude as well. He is bound to get 2 more negative ratings from greenhorn and apextwin.

Thats exactly his attitude man. I asked him for a Soft copy of the Bill. After 3 days of pestering him he says the Scanner in his office is dead/not working. Apparently in the entire mumbai there is only one scanner and that too is in his office, which is not working. So thats why he is not able to send me a Soft Copy of the bill too.
