Also i am on the opinion that there should be a seperate dealer feedback thread for each dealer rather than cramping all our grievances in one place.This because if a person is collecting feedback for a particular dealer then he would have to go through a Lot of posts some of them Unnecessary to his cause.

My intention is not to malign anyones reputation but how to make the dealers more responsible and Responsive.. There should be some sytem in place as its quite evident that the iTrust system isnt working as expected.

None taken. Im just promoting a general cause nothing more. :D
I understand your point, ive been thinking about that as well for a while now. Ill talk to eddy and get back on this issue. Thanks for posting about it. I hope your issue gets resolved soon.

So Buygamingstuff has Time to create New market threads but he cant reply to PMs. I am dead sure that he has seen this thread too. Such utter disregard for Feedback ,TE as a whole from a Dealer? Does he not care cuz he knows nothing can happen to him?

15th june. Me settles for 1 unit. confirms availability

16th june payment done

17th June payment confirmed by dealer

response from buygamingstuff : product was not in stock, was not shipped, will refund

17th july: mails saying that he has deposited a cheque.

Amount still not credited to account.

still not responding to PM's or emails. unreachable on phone.

17th August: responds suddenly, claiming that everything will be fixed in 24 hours. Response sent on the same day.

Still no money.

To summarize

  • Advertised and asked for payment for a product he did not have stock of.
  • Obviously did not ship the same
  • No refund received ( though claimed otherwise)
  • Two months.

I would have tolerated everything ( and in fact have, so far) , but not returning the money is unacceptable. Private sellers have been named and shamed for far less. In fact, shouldn't Registered Dealers be held to stricter standards?

Yeah they did. :)

For all we know, it may not affect his sales since he has his footprint in a lot of other forums, eBay and his store and he may not care. But he cannot go ahead with this attitude in the forums.

Ive had a very similar experience (Item: dell u2410.. Payment: 24xxx (quoted amount)+ Xxxx (later inflated amount) approx.. Time: 2months of agony) and i even reported it to the mods. Mods did'nt respond/help and at the end, when refund was denied by buygamingstuff, i had no option but to pay buygamingstuff the Xxxx amount more, then do alot of talking, to make the deal go through. :| His initial attitude was unbearable but later he started co-operating, hence i kept my cool.
 
Seeing this kind of incidences, its better to ask dealer to list of ebay. Because there is a time limit and you always get the product as described or get money back.

This is exactly what is happening yaar. Now everyone knows his Website and they can anyways PM me for this deals.
I am trully amazed at the attitude shown by this guy. He is not bothered about the damage to his reputation at all.
There is no reply from his side on the status of the Bill.

Bty i would like to thank Mods for closing all his threads as that seems like the best possible action to me.
 
Looks like some dealers are taking advantage of forums to advertise their own websites.

In the process they do not care about the forums anymore but about sales through their our website/other means.

This attitude is not hurting them, therefore there is no action from dealer(s).

Who is suffering from all this, customers on forums. I am sure customer on their own sites must be getting better treatment.

I sympathize with all you people who are still waiting for one thing or two.
 
lol he had promised that he will put cash in acc by 12am yesterday , no deposit till today ..

how can he doesnt have online bank transfer facility? ? ? i had transferred from sbi @ night to his sbi account, it takes 5 min to transfer back money if he doesnt have stock :|
 
I had a similar experience with him in another forum one year ago .Order placed for VX450.Waiting for more than two months.

Finally cancel the order and got Razer DA and Mousepad for that amount.When i placed the order for VX450 he told me that the item is in ready stock.
 
He is back to his roots of dealing.Earlier his id was predatorvj he made a big mess in dealing and went away ,he got back with Buygamingstuff and making a mess again.
 
hmm guys we make sure that there is no delays for the product we have in stock

regarding bill thingy there is no point to create a thread as DELL warranty DEPENDS on SERVICE TAG and not my BILL

still we never said that we wont issue bill as in such
