Amazing. Exactly like we speculated closing his threads in this forum dsnt effect him at all. I mean talk about hitting rock bottom and digging a hole further from there.
Vijay has opened a Dealer thread in the othEr forum selling Nationite HDVP Player.( No thread here since he isnt allowed to.)
But there is no reply to PMs as of yet. Such utter disregard was totally unexpected.
 
my money is refunded, he pmed me to ask mods to remove feedback , but i dont think that should be done , atleast buyers should know about issues he had .. what do u guys think ?

and btw why didnt u leave feedback apextwin?

What did you expect from Mr Vijay Chaudhri. Its a side business for a youngster who doesn't care that much :)

if that is done then next time he will take his own time to resolve issues..coz anyways feedback will be reverted to +ve and no one would ever know..
 
Absolutely No removal of Negative feedback.

That ll simply beat the purpose of giving negative rating and this exchange of information and time spent on discussion.

If he was indeed a genuine dealer and cared abt the rating/feedback he would have responded here long back and would have done the needful.

His conduct has been disgraceful and if possible he should be enlisted TE's shady dealers.

Just the behaviour of not responding here and opening threads in other forum shows the attitude of (Mr) Vijay Chaudhri.

I sincerely hopes the online forum community displays mutual support and shares the information of such dealers and deals in their sticky threads to stop such incidents from happening. Nothing like mods/admins of othEr forums who are a member here takes a stock of this and prevents any repeats.
 
My first dealing with Vijay Chaudhary aka BuyGamingStuff. I'd say it was very good. I bought this nuforce UDAC. He shipped it instantly with less than 24 hrs transit time. The packing was extremely good. His communication was very supportive. The bill was provided.

My personal experience is positive with this guy.

Dude how is the purpose of this thread served. I still havent got a Bill. If you really think about it unless there is some Jhol then there would not have been any delay in providing a Bill. So yeah the purpose of this thread is still intact.

Its like for the new customers, he is doing the dealings fine. He still has some open issues, and he ought to address them. I am sure things will get sorted out. Did you try talking to him on phone ?

I see that the dealer in question is back to opening new threads.

Also, why haven't you assigned negative/neutral ratings for your deal till now?
 
He has mentioned that his Site is down or some bullshit. Once it goes live he will give the Bill. waiting for that.
I mentioned in the thread earlier that i would providing him a -ive feedback once i recieve my bill :ashamed:
 
Why on earth are you feeling ashamed for giving -ve feedback??.Itrader is there to make use of it and not go about and give +ve feedback even if the seller $crews up some thing.
 
I am ashamed that i havent given him a -ive feedback as of now as i have already mentioned in some thread that i would be giving him a feedback once he gives me the Bill. I dont want to give him a iTrust rating right now since i believe the transaction isnt over!
 
Give a negative rating and finish it .Are you under an impression if i give -ve rating now ,he will not send bill ??

I am under the impression that you give the rating once the Transaction Has finished. In this case it isnt;will not be untill i get the bill. I think thats what people do here.
Heck i even have the Rating comment saved in a Text File.
"Crappy Lazy seller,No Updates,Late Delivery,No Bill, Buyers Beware"
I want to savour the Tamasha that will happen once i give this,hence i wait :P

7 pages of reading for 1 trader? Does everyone have that kinda time and patience. I agree with the thought that every trader should be assigned a detailed feedback + grievance thread to which the seller must respond on time.

Great so one negative rating out of may be 60 or 100. Would you not buy a deal from an ebay seller who has 99.00% rating? Just curious.

The OP's intention is not to crap the seller's rates or quality of goods but simply bring his attitude to public notice. BGS website has not been functioning of late - the domain is up for sale.

Does not respond to pms, threads, unless its a sales enquiry asking for bank account details. Now how can I post a negative rating when I have not purchased anything from him yet but feel that "Hey this guy doesn't seem like a great seller".

It goes to tell a lot about a seller if he hasn't maintained his website and the domain is up for sale.

I also dont see why a BILL cannot be sent cuz the website is down - that just sounds downright lame.
