1. No. See/Ask for detailed product conditions.
2. Check seller ratings man. While you are at it read at their T&C's. For any dispute to be in their favour many of them especially the highest seller ones/most (successful) deals have now added very shady terms in their profile. like 2 day returns policy else no refund. I mean wtf?
TL;DR: you won't know till you actually buy and have the item with you.
