^^ Sire you seriously need to up the budget, if you want the RIG To last 3 years. And there is no point having 4GB of RAM and not fully utilizing it by installing 32-bit OS on it.

Well, I think we can manage within 13K assuming you want only the CPU+mobo+RAM+HDD.

CPU~ AMD Phenom II X2 555 ~ 4.5k

Mobo ~ Gigabyte MA880GM-USB3L ~ 4.25K

RAM ~ Corsair XMS3 4GB ~ 1.6k

HDD ~ WD 500GB/Seagate ~ 1.9K

Total 12.25K

Upgrade from X2 to X4 Phenom, 13.5K total overall.

Processor Core i3 2100 - 5300

Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 - 3450

RAM Corsair 4GB DDRIII 1333MHz - 1350

HDD Seagate 1TB 7200.12 - 2750

just some sandy love from my side.

Ok, saw that you plan to play Crysis 2, GoW, would then suggest a few changes.

Athlon X2 260 ~ 3K

AMD 760G board ~ 2.75K

Corsair Value memory 4GB ~ 1K

AMD 5670 GPU 1GB ~ 5K ~ You should be able to play most of the games easily @ 1024x768 with full settings

Seagate 500GB HDD ~ 1.9K

Total 13.65K.

AMD A6 3500 APU @ 5k - Triple Core

MSI A75MA G55 - 5.5k

4Gb Ram DDR3 1600 Mhz - ~2k

WD/Segate 500Gb - ~1.9k

Optional - AMD A4 3400 = 3.9k - Dual Core

You can later add a Radeon 6670 and do a crossfire (dual graphics) with this APU .
