CPU/Mobo Buying a new rig

I am planning to get my new rig in the coming week. My budget is under 50K. My main purposes of the rig are browsing, downloading, gaming, small 3D works. Please help with some configurations
 
AMD Phenom II X3 720 7.7 k

Biostar T790GX Am2+ 4.5k

4Gb Gskill PI black 3.x k [from KMD]

WD 640 AAKS 3.4k

ATI HD 4770 6.5k [MSI or Asus or Gigabyte ]

Samsung S2233 Sw 10k

Corsair VX 450 3.8k

Coolermaster 590 3.8k | Antec 300 3.5k

Keyboard mouse the one you like max 3k

Edifier C3 ~4k or Altec Lansing VS2421 2.4k

Adding all making a sweet deal for 45.5k ..You can change some components if you like .. You can either replce the X3 720 BE with X4 940 BE adding extra 2.5-2.7k bucks..

I forgot to mention I already a 4.1 creative inspire and already got optical drives.
The config u gave is DDR2 one. Can u suggest a DDR3 one?
Samsung 2233 SW and HD 4770 wont be a nice combo na?

Also with the release of Windows 7 and DX 11 all games would be CPU rendering as well as GPU rendering so one lesser core of 720 BE would hurt in the longer run. Wat do you think?
