I am planning to buy a Quadro class card for my desktop. I work with video/gfx/animation. What is the proper channel to buy a Quadro card in India?

I am still contemplating between Quadro 4000 and 2000. I am from Bangalore. Can it be bought in places like SP Road (I remember reading somewhere that you can't)?
