In showroom the price is 9500rs, but it is a lot cheaper in richie street, but i am afraid that i may buy a duplicate in richie street.

Which is the best place to buy a psp?
 
Have seen new ones(PSP 3004) go for 8700 as well with bill and warranty.......so if thats the price u got from Ritchie street , its perfectly fine..

What do you mean by a duplicate?
 
duplicate u mean, something that looks like a PSP but is not a psp and then u get it home to find out that all you can play on it is tetris?

I heard duplicate perfumes and watches, never heard abt PSP's

I am not sure about this but maybe if you see a number in Mac address or the serial number thingy in "system information", it would be good enough to know that it is not fake.
