Buying a refurb laptop from Dell USA

hi guys,
I am planning on buying a Dell refurbished laptop from Dell Outlet , when I go to the US.

However, I still want to get an additional Indian warranty on it (something like CompleteCover) when I get back. Does anybody have any experience buying warranty in India for Dell USA laptops ? Info about refurbished would be extremely helpful
