hey guys i am buying a used se c510 from ebay.is it safe to buy from ebay for the first time.plz help

it is safe provided that you pay through e-bay's paisapay

i.e. you pay to e-bay directly & seller receives money after you confirm the receipt

For used stuff, it is better to buy from someone you know personally, or something that you can inspect personally before committing to the purchase. Avoid ebay for used stuff.

stay away from new regd sellers to be safe

Hunt seller with at least 1000+ feedbacks (99%) for mobile phones. Never deal stranger with <100 feedbacks for any stuff. Always go through recent 50 feedback left.
