Buying from US website

I'm based in india and wanna buy a laptop from dell US which will be delivered to my cousin's place who's based in US.
My query is as i'll pay through paypal can i use my account with an indian address or do i have to make a new one using the US address?
 
As long as your account is verified by PayPal and the payment process is successful, the order should be cleared for delivery anywhere.

well, there are many ebay.com sellers based out of US who will ship only to paypal verified addresses. so if you paypal verified address is in india, they wont ship to any address except that.

in such cases usually, your paypal verified address is automatically selected as the shipping address and there is no way usually for you to change that.
