Buying games from Ebay - Is it Original

Today I saw some very cheap price of new pc dvd games in ebay- even the latest sim3 with dlc content cost Rs.250/- shipped . ? Are these original games ?

DEfinitely a fake.. Do not fall for it..! If its gonna be piracy, then why pay for it when you can download it yourself. Get a original copy somewhere else.

well, how will you control what the sellers list ? if reported ebay will take the item off, but then a seller create a new id. and the cycle will go on.

Very valid point.. There are several experienced ebay sellers doing piracy as well. But ebay doesnt take action because they sell lots of goods and ebay gets good commissions from them

ebay just doing their business,that means SELLING...they don't care about original stuffs or not.

It is illegal and againist the rules of eBay.in and they do take action too when you report them. I have myself got countless number of pirated game sellers banned from eBay. At one point of time, I got most the entire games section cleaned out of the large scale pirated game sellers. But they often do comeback. So I just keep reporting them when ever I see them and get them banned.
