PC Peripherals Buying Help - GPU+PSU+DVD Writer

guys,
i need to buy a PSU & a DVD Writer by this tomorrow or atleast by friday.
my budget for the SMPS & DVD are 5K
i need the SMPS to be able to handle one HD 4850.
i need the DVD writer with a SATA connector & good reliability!!!
i don't know when i'm going to buy the GPU, might be this week or by 15th April.
my budget for it is 10K.
i do lots of gaming so need it for that!!!

HD4850 for ~8k will be good but if you can spare atleast 12k you can get a 4870 or GTX260 core 216 from KMD
 
+1 For VX450, you've got a 5k budget for PSU and the writer. so why worry?
VX450=3.8-3.9k, DVD Writer=1.1-1.2k
Buy without a second thought :)
You have a 22 inch display, so if possible get something higher in performance to the 4850 if you want to max everything. Ideally, if you don't have the cash now, get a 2x2GB DDR2 800Mhz kit and buy the GPU later. Since you're on an AMD based system, you should notice a significant performance increase with it.

that has been troubling me for a long time!!! :(

there is palit, MSI ,etc!!!

still not decided wid the DVD writer though!!!!

take palit cheap and best...or if u can get msi heat pipe version of hd 4850 for a difference of 300 to 500rs then go for it....forget the rest:)
 
Optical drive: DRW-22B1LT 22x with Lightscribe.{sata}
Recommending it to you as I have used Sony, Samsung and ASUS.
Asus is still working like a charm and not a single write error since past 2 years!!! Samsung lasted for about 6 months and Sony lasted just 3 months!!!
