Audio Buying HiFiMAN HE-400

planning to buy HiFiMAN HE-400
wanted to try some Planar Magnetics
read they are awesome when it comes to trance
also the price reduced due to new version HE-400i
so should i go for it
what are the other options i should consider
right now.. i've a fiio e07k to drive these.. i know they are not enough
i will be buying some Schiit in one or 2 month
also i'm waiting for the modi sarkar to do something to the dollar rate.. but i cant wait that long
i will be ordering it within few days
help me guys.. should i go for it or wait again

HE400 does have bass in good amount. But apart from bass everything else is really below average. I too listen to trance and with similar thoughts had bought the HE400. The bass was good but treble was too piercing and the mids sucked big time.
