PC Peripherals buying mp3 player need immediate help

I am planning to get an mp3 player within the next week through my friend who is returning.
My budget is sub $200
I have shortlisted the following players:

Toshiba Gigabeat MEG-F405, 40gb , 2.2 inch colour Lcd for $174.99 + $20 for shipping.(ebay)

Creative Micro Drive 8 gb , colour oled, fm , recording etc for $189 + shipping $6 (new egg)

Iriver PMC-120, 20gb, 3.3" screen, windows media player based, with video, no fm or recording, it is a bit big for portability as it is a portable media player for
$199 + shipping $6 (newegg)

I need help on which one to select.:S :S
Other recommendations are also welcome.
 
How about the Creative Zen Sleek Photo?

It is 20gb, has FM , has OLED screen, even FM and voice recording and sturdy looking.
All this for just 190$
