Go to Ambrit Games in Kalidas Market at Koti.You will find all your answers there.I am not too sure of the current price but should be around 7k.Try and bargain if you can.
 
Buy it from flipkart and MOD it yourself. :) AFAIK all PSP's are hackable now. Maybe not the 6.30 Ver. but i am not sure. Best of luck. :)
 
getting it for 6.5k on letsbuy using rcom... and then plannign to get it modded
