Budget 15-20K Buying refurbished one plus 2

Thoughts on refurbished one plus 2 64gb from Amazon. My major concerns are condition of phone, included accessories(mainly charger because we a shortage of charges at home!) And yes other phone suggestions are also invited budget 20k {performance and camera major factors}

how much of a difference does the difference is there in gaming ? but i'm still interested in op2 any other options from xiaomi,le eco ?

can you pls tell what is refurbished exactly it is basically a returned phone with a defect repaired by the company right? the differce will be unnoticeable <hope so> btwop2 is 16.6 k on snapdeal is snapdeal trustworthy ?

vivo v3 seems new company.
its gpu is slower.
it will consume more power.
also battery is not good enough.
who knows what else could go wrong in it.

i would suggest
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 32 GB version
