Budget 15-20K Buying refurbished one plus 2

Thoughts on refurbished one plus 2 64gb from Amazon. My major concerns are condition of phone, included accessories(mainly charger because we a shortage of charges at home!) And yes other phone suggestions are also invited budget 20k {performance and camera major factors}

can you pls tell what is refurbished exactly it is basically a returned phone with a defect repaired by the company right? the differce will be unnoticeable <hope so> btwop2 is 16.6 k on snapdeal is snapdeal trustworthy ?

it will consume more power.
also battery is not good enough.
who knows what else could go wrong in it.

If screen size is not an issue, you can get Mi Max with SD652+4gb+128gb
Probably after 15Aug will be available!

N I'll still suggest you to get reviews of Mi Max
SD652 is a performer!
And is 64bit procy and is light on battery!
Only thing that is off is the 6.44" screen size
