Storage Solutions Buying Suggestion for HDD and UPS

Hi guys, I'm going to buy a new internal HDD 2TB for my PC.I also want to buy an UPS for it.
Current Config is:
Intel i3 540
Intel DH55TC
Corsair VX450
2*2GB 1600MHz Corsair Ram
GTX 650 Ti 2GB
1 TB HDD
For HDD, I'm confused between Seagate and WD .For UPS,I'd heard microtek , numeric are crap. Please provide some suggestions for it.
 
you didn't mention your budget ... anyway, you can get a wd 2 tb black hdd at 10k and apc 1.1 jva ups at 5.5k.
 
WD Caviar Green 2 TB - energy saving, slow - rs6000 - 2yrs wty

WD Caviar Black 1TB - fast , a bit more heat generating - rs5700 - 5yrs wty
WD Caviar Black 2TB - rs9800

APC UPS is good. but it wont support many diesel gensets..
How long UPS backup is needed???

My budget isn't that much, I need both things in 8-9k max.
Also I think 1.1KVA for UPS is overkill , I just need a backup of around 10 minutes.

I just need a backup of around 10 minutes.Won't be going for WD Black reason being its cost.
Won't Seagate 2Tb be good?
