If there is a decathlon in your city, walk into their store. I had considered buying one when I used to run a lot (and use one in my local gym these days). The size of the running surface is very important. If it is small, you feel constrained while walking/running and can have accidents (if you lose attention for a moment and move sideways).

Do not buy one before trying it out.

They are mechanical devices, so serviceability is important. Decathlon is usually good with their service.

One more thing. Factor in the price of a UPS/inverter. Power going off when you are running on a treadmill can mean real accidents. I had a bad fall once.

i dont know about brands but paytm will probably have the best deal .

Don't buy online, offline prices are quite cheaper...
Try them before you buy.. It's a must. That's why don't buy online.
Aerofit & Afton Indian brands can be considered, consider yearly maintenance availability also.
