BWT Problem

Hey ppl i don't remember my password of BWT.So i filled form for new password n i have done that at least 10 times in 4 days but still i haven't got my new password. What to do now? I don't wanna loose that account please somebody tell me what can be done to get new password.If any member on TE is also a member of BWT then plz help me.

but their is no image verification box on that page. What to do now?
