LOL I'd never part with gaming since it has become an essential part of my day-to-day life. Not even after getting hitched.

My boss knows about it. My parents do. My girlfriend does and so do my friends - I have absolutely no worries.

Real test it to have games , consoles with you and not play the games , thats when the will power is tested.

I tried making a resolution like this many times but i always managed to waste my time some way or the other...movies,series or sometimes even p0rn.So i finally decided that gaming was the lesser evil and that I'm never going to give it up.

All I have to say is please do return to gaming before its too late because if you don't a part of you will be lost forever...the gamer in you.

Sorry for trying to sound so dramatic.

But seriously...set yourself some objectives and decide to return to gaming after you achieve them.Hope you do well!

The best thing is to downgrade your system. I gave up (practically) my PC for a puny laptop which wont even execute a stab in BF:BC2 (the subtitles are a good 40 seconds off too lol). I bought more than 50 USD worth of games in the steam sale but now I cant play them even if I wanted to, thats a good thing i suppose? :ashamed:

i stopped gaming after i didnt upgrade my comp for like 7-8 years and by the time i upgraded it, the games were too complex for me to play. rpg and what not. now i get fed up of solitaire too.

playing games for 2hr everyday won't kill or effect you . its start effecting when you start giving your whole time on gaming neglecting your family and work .
