PC Peripherals Cabinet front panel USB went dead

My Stacker NVIDIA Edition has 4 front panel USB ports- 2 on top and 2 in front. The front 2 have stopped working,while the 2 on top work flawlessly.I have tried swapping the header cable to both slots in the mobo and still the same result.

Will I be able to get a replacement from CM as i have 5 more months warranty left on it?
 
Try to fix dry soldering in front USB panel. In many cases dry soldering is the reason for dead ports in front panels.

EDIT--If there is any warranty left, get it serviced from authorized service center only.
 
It was just a loose contact with the cable going into the front panel..it was in a half-inserted position(might have happened when i was installing the DVD RW).

Its all fine and perfect now. :D
