Need a cheap PC cabinet with PSU shroud and transparent side panel.

I saw a chiptronex case on amazon which fits my needs at around 2200 but that is also a bit expensive.

Anyway, offer me anything. Please know your price though.
 
Find the cabinet locally as per your requirements or buy the one available on amazon.
Shipping cabinet is a big pain in the *** and keep in mind it will cost around at least 1K or more to ship it and there is a high chance it will get damaged during transit.

You are actually right, I should just look for local deals or buy from Amazon if I am unable to find any
