A lot of people going for Sat TV / CAS - Why ?

What are the cablewallahs missing ?

What is the cost (per month) of of your Sat TV / CAS /cable or any other TV you own.
 
on TataSky for more than 6 months now. Very satisfied, quality and service is great. Rs.300/month.

The best part is it has taken cablewala out of picture. I prefer that.
 
I am using local cable wallah. Asianet Satellite Communications. I get around 60 channels and when you pay yearly it will be around 140 per month.

Service is OK. But sometimes some channels just disappear. :P
 
I have Tata sky for more than 4 months now...

As for my cable wala, if and when i get hold of the A**h**e i'l kick his ass,,,
tata sky is soo much more better than normal cable..

Better quality,
ALL channels,
No power cuts prob,
Extra content,,,
N no bargaining every month for not increasing his charges...

In the end NO HEAD ACHE, cause of no stupid cable wallahs...
 
This is getting interesting ..

I am on local cable - never had any probs other then the routine maintenance shut down / break down once every couple of months.

Am in mumbai, no power cuts .. could those who have already posted also mention where you are from? Its begining to look like the local powr supply (or non supply) is to blame for the lot of cable wallahs .

The other surprise is the Sat TV bill, I thought it was 500+/month, nothing like that so far.

The Costliest plan that both dishtv and tatasky have doesn't cross 350 per month...although if u want neo sports on tatasky ull have to pay 199 extra for the entire years subscription of neo sports and neo sports plus...
 
tata sky quality is much better than cable wallah.besides my cable wallah doesn't even show star movies or history channel. Says nobody watches them
