Call of Duty 4 Mods

can anyone tell me how can i play cod4 modes like

the plane, zombie ones etc
seen videos on youtube of it, but cant find how to play them..
 
its all multiplayer modes....it ll be automatically downloaded when u enter a server with that mod , or download it manually and put it in the games mod folder.
