call of duty replaybility

does the single player missions of call of duty(1) is worth to reply in higher difficulty settings??

Well it does not add much to be honest. with higher difficulty you basically die quicker if you get hit. 1-2 hits and you are dead. Thats it. But if you keep your head down in open ground its not much difficult even at highest difficulty. Gameplay is exactly same. Same amount of enemies, they are at same place and rush in from same places.
