Calling all BSNL NU Home 500 users from Kolkata

Guys from the recent 2 days i have seen BSNL speed of NU Home 500 is really slow from 2 -8 am around 30 or less.

Today surfing the net in this time was impossible.

Did anyone face similar problems ?
