While we applaud Mr.Infant Dinesh for his bold initiative, my heart goes out to the rural folks AND other lesser mortals who otherwise won’t have any clue to the “gullible” marketing techniques of Private operators like Airtel. The sections in which the cases are registered by the Chennai Suburban Police shows the seriousness of the case, as I whistle-blowed couple of weeks ago, after hearing the language against Airtel, posted in various online forums by all of you.

Can we do together and make Airtel kneel-down and pay-up? Shall we have people volunteering from each state to file a police case and others following up with their complaints based on the Infant Dinesh model? Concentrate on VAS related frauds, they are huge, we found after a research. It’s against the LAW, charging without customer’ consent. Hence the police are taking it seriously and are looking at more evidence.

To start with Kindly email your complaint against Airtel to infantdinesh at gmail dot com infantdinesh@gmail.com or gatesandwindows at gmail dot com gatesandwindows@gmail.com with subject Airtel. Write in brief a) Your basic details-Account or phone no, b) Your complaint c)Response from Airtel d) Quantify the tangible losses e) What are the intangible losses – Like losing connection, time waste, mental torture etc.,, if possible quantify that as well.

People in Chennai please contact Mr.Infant Dinesh @ XXXXXXXXX(Folks, he’s an advocate as well) or myself @ 9XXXXXXX RIGHT NOW. With you, together, we’ll be meeting the Police Commissioner next week as per plan for the next steps.

Why do companies always try to maximize profits ? Profits should be capped to say max 10% ...above that pay all as taxes :rofl:....then all those blodd hounding ppl will be netted :rofl:

As of Airtel....its best to teach them a lesson when disconecting the connection....do a big compain and dont pay !
 
Same here as far as airtel mobile is concern airtel rocks and its working like charms from last 5 yrs. no issue using bb too

I completely sympathize with you on your problems with the company but for me, Airtel has been the best brand for me not only amongst the telecom brands but amongst any brands that I have used.

The commitment of this company to the customer's satisfaction is the best I've seen or experienced. The only reason I pay a premium on my telecom services for something that I could get for less from other brands is because I'm obsessed with the quality and professionalism of this brand and come whatever may, I am never gonna leave this brand. This is after using and taking BS from brands like reliance, vodafone, Idea and TATA.

Compared to most other operators, you'd find lesser complaints against Airtel. That's my observation.

Airtel has been good to me, so far! :)

stop post common sense sentence about DEFRAUDED BY AIRTEL cause can "we give one more abused word can to chief minster fraud even i hear lot of paper about his son ;) ' it is long story

i said so what let the airtel charge 10 % of profile cause the airtel seen have to check error while charge 100 buck for download the games due to computer error cause of virus that why airtel has already learn the lesson

if u want to stop the connect so your can do at your own choice and get another connect

cause there are over million of population n india due to lot of airtel mobile connect has gross an million people user so airtel has some network problem due to call and charge per day might get worst connect and out of network and not able to made call due to jam it

so there are another network just bsnl aircel reliance and much more has better service but reliable connect and normal tariff
 
Mo****Fcker Airtel have cheated my Rs.10/- in past month and Rs.25/- in this month.
Whenever I try to connect Airtel CC they hang me or disconnect or I got never able to connect.....:@:@:@
 
I don't know anything about the services of Airtel, but thinking laterally, it seems the OP joined the forum with certain motives.

I am a very sad customer of airtel last month my broadband (512kbps UL) was down for 10 days(Thats right its TEN whole days of blackout).This month My modem DSL light was going on/off so booked a complaint with airtel CC.... after 3 days(i called like 7 times in this 3 days the CC guy was saying it will be over in 2 hrs/3hrs etc etc:rofl:) no one came to my house, so i went to delta and bought a Netgear DM111PUSP for Rs 1200.Before i went to delta i went to AVM telecom(They handle all the airtel connection here in kanchipuram) they showed me a beetel 110BXI modem for Rs 2000(I think the price is way too high):S.
 
Airtel has been good to me for more than 5 years. I can't remember the last time i called CC for complaint other than information.
 
i've had only one major problem in my 5 years of using Airtel broadband. they're a bit more expensive than the others for sure... but i always get the speed i pay for and i have no downtime whatsoever.
